why does CuSO4 develops hole when it is kept in a pot. pls this one is urgent

hey please specify which metal pot it is kept in well i shall answer this question according to my assumptions this is maybe because the metal in which cuso4 is kept in could be more reactive than cuso4. hope it helps you!

HERE IS THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.......
Iron is more reactive than copper.so when cuso4 is kept in iron pot ,iron gets dissollved in solution displacing copper. Therefore holes are developed.
