Answer: Distilled water is a morepure form of water.It cannot conduct electricity as it has no ions.Rainwater contains acids and dissolved salts which disassociates and conducts electricity.

Distilled water doesn't conduct electricity because it doesn't contains impurities like dust,sand,etc.while rainwater conduct electricity because it contains impurities and form ions while in distilled water ions doesn't formed.
