Explanation:

No country is a perfect democracy as every democracy has to realise the ideals of democratic decisionmaking. This cannot be achieved once and for all. This requires a constant effort to save and strengthen democratic forms of decisionmaking.

cannot be called a democratic country because the ruler of saudi arabia is a king and the king is not selected by the people. There are no election held in this country. People dont have the right to vote

Answer:

Every country wants to be called a democratic politics even though it is not democratic because Democracy is typically meant by a government system where the entire population has a say in choosing and guiding the direction of their state and therefore they choose the government electives But no country is, a true democracy as per experts as forces of corruption, power and politics play a lead role in the government of almost all the countries. Democracy is the highest fair and accountable system and this is intended to be achieved by all nations, only they fail so. A prime example of this is China it calls itself a democracy but instead it's a dictatorship.
