why does everyone lie that they're America even though Americans suck and they're rude?​

First of all not all Americans are rude and no they do not suck..

It maybe because they want to hide their identity or because they want to be popular and have many friends(?)

People always fancy foreigners at least according to me, they become curious and want to know the 'new' someone.

I understand why they might have done that and I don't blame them a bit, after all we all are human beings, they are people who fake themselves instead of where they are from, considering that isn't it better?
