Why does eyesight change as you get older?

eye have pigments called as opsin nd retinal ( an aldehyde derivate of vitamin A) which dissociate in responce to light...
in old age the spliting capacity of these pigment bcm low therefore the eye sight bcm weak...hope it helped u...mark as brainliest...
