Why does February has 28 days? and if ur answer is that we need to adjust 2 days that is why then also why only February???

the second king of Rome, Numa Pompilius, decided to make the calender more accurate by syncing it up with the actual lunar year-- which is about 354 days long. Numa tacked on two months -- Jan and Feb -- after December to account for new days. The new months each had 28 days.
