In disproportionation reaction, an element in one oxidation state simultaneously undergoes oxidation and reduction. ... Fluorine is the most electronegative element and a strong oxidizing agent. It does not show positive oxidation state and does not undergo disproportionation reaction.

Hope it would help :)
