Why does fluorine not show variable valency whereas all other haloge
gens do so?​

Explanation:

As fluorine as only 2 shells and all other halogens have more than two shells and thus there electrons can jump from one shell to another to show variable valency but fluorine as has only two shells and the first shell is complete so it has no variable valency.
