why does friction damage the machine ?????

friction damage the machine because in some machine there are some motors and rotating machines.in those machine the friction takes place on moving against eachother and rubbing each other.this makes machines damage.

Heya!

Since friction is a resistive force which slows down the moving object hence, it can cause serious damage as well.Thus in machinery the force of friction acts and this produces heat and this can cause fire or it can burn the machine.And also the moving parts wear off rapidly due to friction.
