Why does gaston change his mind of not buying the villa

hyy...gaston did not agree to buy the villa firstly coz the price was high. secondly coz he says that the villa is not for him n or any1 in his family but for the parents of jeanne n he doesn't like har parents to came and take passesions in the villa he also says that her sister's children would also came along with her parents and will turn the villa upside down.

He changed his mind coz there was no need for to spend money and all the maoney came from spiral way ie; money was mrs al smith that money was just exchanged from al smith to gaston ans gaston to julliette therefore there was no need for him to spend money thus he changed his mind
