why does glucose and alcohol ,hydrogen containing compounds not act as an acid?​

Glucose (C6H12O6) and Alcohol (C2H5OH) is a hydrogen containing compound but actually it's a covalent compound and those compounds having covalent bonds

They Don't give H + Ion in aqueous solution that's why glucose and alcohol are not an acid
