why does hibiscus not bears fruits even though androceium and gynoceium present in it

The hibiscus plant doesn't have any distinct fruit. Hibiscus does not bear fruits even though there are androceuim and gynoceium are present in it cuz the fruit seeds won't be similar to the parent plant.
