When temperature is high instead of low, ot brings out the flavors of soup. Some ingredients in the soup require it to be hot instead of cold to be tasty

Hallo dear!!!

Gd morning.

Have a nice day ahead!!

"Happy Republic Day"

We know that the surface tension of a liquid decreases with the increase in temperature. So, the surface tension of hot soup is less than that of cold one and hence hot soup spreads over a larger area of the tongue of a person. That makes hot soup more tasty than the cold one.

Hope it helps u!!!
