Mind-blowing question gotta say !
1. Well those electromagnetic waves have duality nature, I mean everything has a dual nature.. and they too.
2. In order to have a pressure they should exert force in a particular area that's the classic definition of pressure but those electromagnetic waves for eg light don't have a rest mass, they are totally transformed into the energy with 0 rest mass means no force thus no pressure.. we do have senses which can sense them like my eyes, skin.
Hope it will help you

Actually there will be some pressure of electromagnetic waves on human skin but we are not that sensitive to feel that effect
There is also ozone layer which is preventing us from harmful radiations such as Infrared rays, Ultraviolet rays
