Why does ice not deposit in the freezer of a refrigerator equipped with defrosting technique?

If you've ever looked up inside the modern refrigerators, there is a thin coil installed in the walls and a sensor.
When the temperature reaches to a point when the water vapours starts crystallising, the heater is switched on automatically to maintain the temperature. This prevents the ice deposits in the freezer of the refrigerator.
