because tropical evergreen forest have different trees which are not important comercially. n if a large amount of single type tree is grown its not tropical evergreen forest.

because different type of natural vegetation are depended on different climatic conditions among which amount of rainfall is very important. due to varied climatic conditions India has a wide range of natural vegetation.
