the district level court can see cases below 1lakh
the state court can see cases below 20lakh
the national court can see cases below 1crore
the state court can see cases below 20lakh
the national court can see cases below 1crore

because if the central government would only have to control the whole country then it couldn't be able to. so it have three tiers judicial system.
