For the following reasons the consumer feels weak in a market place:
1. Whenever there is criticism regarding the quality of good or service that had been purchased, the re-tailer attempts to substitute all the blame on to the consumer.
2. The retailer habitually responds to the consumer go elsewhere if you do not like products from our shop. As most of the consumers are uneducated and unaware Hence, they feel weak.
3. The process of redressed is very time consuming, and expansive, therefore, the traders took ad-vantage of this situation and thus the consumer feels weak.
