Why  does  ink  not  spill  out  of  an  ink  dropper  ?

Actually the things behind it is that as liquids can't from lower pressure to higher pressure and the ink dropper takes in the ink it creates a lower pressure in the ink dropper from the outer atmospheric pressure and if we apply pressure on its rubber the liquid or ink will come out.
