Why does it happen if a stationary was suddenly speeds of passengers are thrown in the backward direction please answer me fast because I want to write it down and it should not be more week or more short it should be in medium and simple language

It is because of inertia of rest. (Inertia is the inability to change the state of motion in the given time). In the first case, the passengers were at rest but then the stationary object changed its motion so the passengers are thrown backwards due to inertia.
