Women's are often paid less than men's because of many reasons. some reasons are listed below:-

1) due to social reasons womens are not able to get proper education. Men who are though to be superior in the society often receive good education and a well paid job

2) the womens have to take care of the families,children maintain home so they are not regular to work as men are.
