why does it take less it time to prepare curd in summer as compared to preparing it in winter​

in summer due to increase in temperature the Bacteria known as lactobacillus present in the so substances like curd and milk producers acids therefore curd making process is generally faster in summer on the hot places as compared to winter

in summer lactobacillus occur more because of favourable conditions rather than in winter
