Why does it take less time to prepare curd in Summer as compared to winters?

Moisture and warmth are the favourable conditions required in this process. The bacteria which sets the curd multiply faster in warmth. That is why the curd sets faster in summer and takes time during winters.

It take less time to prepare curd in summer rather than winter because growth of yeast increases during summer.
