why does it take less time to prepare curd in summer as compared to preparing in winters

bec. in summers temp. is optimum for the bacterias to multiply and change milk into curd... but in winters temp. is very low .. so bacteria are unable to multiply...

It is bcz due to more heat there will be more kinetic energy and the particles will get mixed up fast and the lactobalicus bacteria would spread fastly to obtain curd.
