why does it take less time to prepare curd in summers as compared to preparing it in winters?

CURD DEVELOPMENT IS DONE BY AN MICRO ORGANISM , IT IS KNOWN AS LACTOBACILLUS..THEY REQIRE IDEAL TEMPRATURE THAT IS 30 TO 37 DEGREES, SO THE TEMPRATURE OF WINTER REPRESS THERE DEVELOPMENT THAT IS WHY IT IS HARD TO SET CURD IN WINTER AS COMPARED TO SUMMER.. I HOPE THAT THIS ANSWER WILL HELP YOU..
