why does it take less time to prepare curd in summers as compared to preparing it in winters ?

Because bacteria ( LACTOBACILLUS) grows faster in summer than in winter. That's why it take less time to prepare curd in summers as compared to preparing it in winters..... LACTOBACILLUS helps in changing the milk into yogurt (curd).
