You must have some prerequisite knowledge for this. What is humidity? In simple words the amount of water present in air is called humidity. During monsoon it rains a lot (may not at few places) due to which humidity increases which means more moisture and that leads to slow drying of clothes. But we must dry our clothes in the sunlight during monsoon which will kill the germs present in the clothes.
