As we all know in summer the temperature is high which is favorable for the growth of bacteria therefore it helps bacteria to multiply faster which helps them to transform milk into curd.Where as in winters temperature is low n also not favorable for bacteria to grow. This is the reason why curd take time to prepare in winter than in summer.

it take less time to prepare curd in summer as compared to preparing it in winters because in summer room temperature is more than that in winter
