The jar of the mixer gets hot due to friction. When friction takes place heat and sound is produced.so when the particles of the vegetables or fruits collide with walls of jar friction takes place n heat and sound is produced. So a jar of mixer grinder becomes hot when it is run for some time.

When the revolutions take place, it revolves very fastly which causes it to produce heat. Thus heat us given out when mixer jar runs for a few minutes.
