Jeanne thought that if Gaston would buy the villa, her parent would by able to live in it, but Gaston don't wanted that to happen and refused to buy the villa, he said that if he would buy the villa Jeanne's parents would live in if from Sept. to April and would bring the whole tribe of Jeanne's sister's children and this was not good for him because they would live in it for only 2 - 3 months.
