why does kp and kc not to be zero or infinity

so, KP =Kc

Kc = KP = [ C] [ D ]/[ A] [ B ]

here you see , above kc and kp are the ratio of ractant and products

if kc and Kp are equal to zero, it means product part =0
if reaction occur then must be product form , so Kc = Kp ≠ 0

also when kp or kc are infinity then it means reactant totally convert to product but this is not possible . because no any reaction occur in nature which is 100% convert to product .
so, kp or kc value doesn't equal to zero or infinity .
