Why does Kuala Lumpur rotate faster on the Earth's axis than London?

Answer:

KL roates faster because it is nearer to the equator and the nearer yuou are to the equator the world days go faster. So London is in the northern hemisphere and since London is further away than to the equator therefore the place of London is slower roating
