Overuse of the muscles like we are working for too long or when we are holding a position for extra time the cramps can occur. They occur due to the dehydration as well. Cramps are due to the release of the lactic acid in the human body when we are working for extra time and there is no availability of the oxygen as then anaerobic glycolosis which produces the lactic acid.
