Answer:

due to refraction

andno light soes not bend by the same amount

here use the laws of refraction I .e. angle I is equal to angle r with respect to the normal .

this not copied answer u can check it.

hope this helps you

☆WHY DOES LIGHT BEND WHEN IT ENTERS A DIFFERENT MEDIUM?

Refration is a effect that Occurs when a light wave, incident at an angle away from the normal, passes a boundary from one medium into another in which there is a change in Velocity of light...The wavelength decrease as the light enters the medium and the light wave changes direction.

☆DOES LIGHT BEND BY THE SAME AMOUNT WHILE ENTERING DIFFERENT MEDIA?

The angle and Wavelength at which the light enters a substance and the density of the substance determine how much the light is refracted...The bending occurs because light travels more slowly in a denser medium.

I HOPE IT'S HELPFUL FOR YOU. ☺
