according to newtons 1st law of motiin every object will move in strainght line until or unless anexternal force will act on him but we cannot considered light as aobject it is energy which can travel in vaccum

़In a dusty atmosphere it is sometimes possible to see light travelling and itdoes appear to be moving in a straight line. The fact that light travels can be demonstrated by putting an object in its path.
