This is due to the formation of a new substance, calcium carbonate test isoften used to prove that exhaled air isrich in carbondioxide because if we breathe out into a flask containinglime water it will turn milky due to carbodioxide. ... because our exaled air contains carbon dioxide,which turns lime water milky.
