Mark Antony had great oratory skills. He knew how to control the mob and what points to be spoken so as to gain their support. He mentioned the will because he wanted the pulpits to get to know about what Caesar gave them. He knew that by listening his will the people will kiss the wounds of Caesar and that is why to make the mob restless he mentioned about the will bit didn't read it.
