why does moon have very coald and very hot temperature variations eg from -190°C to 110°C even thorgh it is at the some dastance form the sun as the earth is ?

it is because moon has no atmosphere to trap the heat and also all the heat escapes when the moon is hidden from the sun.

There is not an atmosphere on moon therefore during its cyclic rotation when it away from sun it becomes very cool and when it comes close to Sun it becomes very hot.
Moreover in the absence of vegetation and water there is no check on atmosphere control.
