They have sloping surfaces, where water usually sustains for a long time and may damage the crops which don't have the specefic characters to survive there. So, production of coffee or tea is much more in these rural places. With increasing altitude or height, the moisture bearance , coolness increase and oxygen level decreases. This may damage the cells of the opposite condition sensing plants.Thus mountain vegetation differs with increasing altitude.
