In the play "The Mother's Day", Mrs. Fitzgerald notices that the family was very dominant upon Mrs. Pearson and she was always busy in doing their work and never got time for herself. Even the family was not consious how they were exploiting the rights of Mrs. Pearson. So to make the family realze the importance of work Mrs. Pearson did for her family, Mrs. Fitzgerald swaped her personality with Mrs. Pearson and handeled the family in her own way.

Mrs.Fitzgerald asks mrs.pearson to change personalities because, mrs.pearson's soft personality was being misused by her own family and her family was now spoilt. when mrs.pearson told about this mrs.fitzgeradl asked her to have a firm hand but that was something thjat mrs. pearson could'nt do because she had never done it, so when this dint work mrs. fitzgerad and mrs. pearson changed personalities.
