why does Mumbai have pleasant winters while Nagpur lying in Central India has very cold winters

Because Mumbai is located near the cost so it experienced moderate climate as it is affected by sea and land breeze. Therefore winters are not so cold
While Nagpur is located in central Maharashtra, so it experienced continental type of climate therefore it much colder than Mumbai
