Why does mutual coagulation takes place when arsenic sulphide is mixed with iron oxide?

Arsenic Sulphide is a Negative Charge Colloidal Sol

while Iron Oxide is a Positive Charged Colloidal Sol

When Both Mix

Neutral Sol prepare

So coagulation/floaculation takes place
