Why does NO2+ have higher bond angle than NO2- ?

NO2+>NO2-
THIS IS BECOUSE IN NO2+ THERE IS NO2+ LONE PAIR TO REPEL THE BOND(AS THERE IS LONE PAIR BOND PAIR REPULSION)
BUT IN NO2- THERE IS 1 FREE LONE PAIR BY WHICH THE OXYGEN ATOM IS COMPRESS AT OPPOSITE SIDE OF LONE PAIR
