Why does nose bleed at higher altitudes

At higher altitudes the atmospheric pressure is low. When our body can't adjust its own pressure with it, there will be bleeding from the nose

at higher altitudes, the pressure is low, so the blood vessels in the nose swell up and it starts to bleed.
