Holla Mate nuclear membrane have pores to allow easy diffusion of gases and other cell materials inside and outside the membrane.

It has pores because, in order to produce protein and fats, the DNA that is inside has to duplicate and create a RNA chain that comes out of the nucleus to the cytoplasm. There, it meets ribosomes which complete the protein’s development.
Although the nuclear membrane has pores, they only allow really especific chemicals to enter the nucleus.
