Nucleus has magnetic force with helps it to make orbit.

Hello friend,, Because it was experimentally proved in Rutherford's alpha particles scattering experiment...Most of the alpha particles(positively charged)bounced back exactly in the same way at the centre, this shows something which is positively charged particle is present at the centre of the atom..
