Nylon is very strong ,dries quickly,after washing there will be no wrinkles examples:- nylon is used in parachute,climbing rope,brush bristles,swimming suits,also in umbrellas but what makes umbrellas truly water resistant is its shape.

There are also some disadvantages in nylon it burns even in somewhat hot temperatures that's why nylon is not used while cooking
