An ocean water does not get clear because an ocean is huge amount of water we can not even measure it there are several types of oceans for ex indian ocean  if the water in indian ocean(imagine) get clear the water from from pacific ocean come to indian ocean 
the clearance of ocean water is ur imagination but the ocean water does not clear till the world ends
