Answer:
this is because of inertia which is the tendency of an object to stay at rest or in uniform motion
in this case the stack of carrum coins has inertia of rest
when the striker hits the coin bellow the inertia of rest of the bottom coin changes to Inertia of motion
so only the bottom coin moves while the other coin on top are at rest
note : when the bottom coin obtains velocity and starts moving the other coin will stay at rest due to its inertia
if the striker hits the bottom coin with less force then the coin will a little and the other coins will fall but if the force is more then the coins will maintain its star of rest
hope it helps
