Constitution of India is best among all world. As it was drawn from various sources i.e different good features of foreign countries constitution which suits India as a best. It not only contain fundamental principles of governance but also detailed administrative provisions.

*Indian constitution is neither rigid nor flexible some provisions can be amended in simple majority while other in special majority.
*Although India is a Union of states it follow Federal system of government.
*India follows parliamentary form of government in centre as well as states,while US follows presidential form of government. As the former one give responsible government and cabinet government.
